On 10 April 2024, the Court of Justice of the European Union set aside the decision of the European Council of 28 February 2022 imposing sanctions on two minority shareholders of ABHH, Mr. Mikhail Fridman and Mr. Petr Aven. 

This important judgment makes clear the fundamental baselessness and unfairness of the sanctions introduced against our shareholders.

We hope and expect this to be the first step to the total annulment of the sanctions against all our stakeholders in the EU and other jurisdictions.
